Outdoor Bowls Management

When you arrive at the club the next time you play, have a good look at the facilities. The lawns are cut, the gardens look great, the greens have been prepared, and there are often items freshly painted; in other words, someone, or a number of someones have been busy making the place look good.

These someones are collectively known as the maintenance crew. Led by Ken Groves, this dedicated, capable, and incredibly versatile group, get together every Monday, shortly after 8.00am, and work for as long as necessary to make the club look its very best.

The next time your football team lets you down, or you run out of gas in the middle of the BBQ, and you wake up on Monday morning wanting to set fire to your neighbour's cat, consider this; why not channel this energy into our weekly working bee? We can always use an extra pair of hands!
